Focus is on BUILDING SKILLS - climbing, descending, cornering, how to ride over obstacles, and proper bike-body positions - in the terrain park and on the trails, and becoming a stronger rider.
PREREQUISITE FOR THIS CAMP:
1. Rider is proficient at
Riding Tioga’s blue/intermediate cross country trails - Seven Iron Men/Good Vibrations/Ruby Slipper
Changing gears while riding
Climbing Iron Chic
2. Rider completed prior Skills Course with Coach Sheri Schrock including proper body positions and braking => Fundamental Skills Course also offered the morning of Sat Oct 3.

What to Bring: Mountain Bike with hand brakes, knobby tires, and ideally front suspension, biking specific helmet, grippy closed-toed shoes, bike gloves, backpack with a water reservoir or water bottle attached to the bike, spare tube that fits their wheel
